I’m Matt Norton, a Frisco-based realtor with the Janus Group/Norton Real Estate Team. Active in real estate since 2005, I have been a multi-million dollar producer every year. I am regularly featured in the "Best of" section in D Magazine. In 2015 I sold 52 homes, moved more than $19 million in volume, and saved my clients over $200K as part of my MattSellsHomesForFree program. I am among the 250 top-producing realtors in North Texas, currently ranked at #204.

I’ve built my business on three things: excellent customer service; innovative, out-of-the-box thinking; and up-to-date market knowledge. I have a proven track record of selling homes faster, for a higher price, than most other agents. And I do so without charging my clients the typical seller's agent fee.
